Privileged Access

Use one of the forms below when requesting additional privileges on SDSC Unix or Windows machines.

Limited Privilege

Use this form for requesting:

• Limited sudo privileges on specific SDSC Unix machines.
• Sudo all on specific SDSC Unix machines.
• Local Administrator privileges on specific SDSC Windows machines.

Unlimited Privilege

Form(PDF)

Use this form for requesting:

• Sudo all on ALL SDSC Unix machines.
• Root password.
• Privileged access on core infrastructure (DNS servers, NFS servers, etc).
• Privileges to extend access of others (Give root password, grant sudo access, etc).
